Troublshooting "StorPort" Errors from Event Log

    I'm using Windows version 22H2: Build 19045.4239

Greetings, My primary reason for posting here is to diagnose a recent problem I've run across with a Dell desktop. It was recently put into use and I want to ensure that I have not lost any data as a direct result of the errors I'm seeing in event log.

Here's an example of the types or errors I'm encountering ...

    Code:
This is the first instance of the error seen during this time period
on Storport Device (Port = 0, Path = 5, Target = 0, Lun = 0) whose Corresponding Class Disk Device Guid is {00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000}:
The request opcode was 0x0 and completed with SrbStatus 0x4 and ScsiStatus 0x2.
    The sense code was (0x2,0x3A,0x1).
The io latency was 40 ms.
I just want to determine if ...

1). A cable is failing (SATA)
2). A drive is failing (if so, which one)
3). It's just a driver complaining and there's nothing I can do about it
    4). Some other issue I don't understand.

The other issue here is the following ...

I have queried DISKPART to show me the drive / volume that has the path "5" as is mentioned in the log above.

I cannot find it or maybe I'm just not looking in the right spot. Does "Path" refer to a drive, volume or some other abstraction I'm not understanding at the moment?

You can also refer to the attachment, which shows all of the StorPort errors in the last 24 hours. Can anyone disambiguate this for me? Where should I begin to resolve this?
