Are all your board drivers current ? (ie chipset, etc). First thing I used to do on a new build. It's been a while.
Can you just plain disable the on board graphics via the bios?

    Edit:

XMP Is just "supposed" to be a safe way to get the max out of your memory. ( overclock). Good thought though.
You could always run a mem test if you feel like it . Don't bother with the windows version.

I already tried a Memtest with the Windows Memory Diagnostic tool. Everything went fine. No memory corruption

Don't waste your time with the windows memory tool. Totally useless in this case. Use the link I posted or something different.
Although it's not technically a bsod, You might find it useful to post there instead. With everything you've tried so far, it's begining to look like a simple incompatibility issue. The card is good, your board is good. I wish you luck and admire your fortitude

    I will try memtest. Thanks.
My RAM (CMP64GX5M2B6000OC30W) isn't on the QVL list for my motherboard, but I doubt that's the cause of the problem.
You're right, it's not a bluescreen. It's actually an unexpected shutdown for an unknown reason.

This is incredibly frustrating! Whenever I install the GPU in the x16 slot, Windows needs repairs and gets stuck in a reboot loop until I can boot into Safe Mode.

Today i get the i9 13900k and will try it. I almost changed every component but i think its driver issue more and more.

Can it be that my memory is not compatible with the Aorus Pro X?
