If yes, run the tool as admin and navigate to R:\Recovery\WindowsRE

I just downloaded explorer++

When I click on R: it says it is not ready.

reagentc /disable
and
dir /a /s c:\winre.wim
again
also:
CHKDSK R: /scan

make sure that you run explorer++ as admin

This is what I got: Winre.wim not found and would not run CHKDSK R: /scan.

if you are still in diskpart type
exit
and
FORMAT R: /FS:NTFS /Q
