Please run the UEFI version.

Please post the script results from post #6 then install the latest version of the HP UEFI Hardware diagnostics.
Either or both UEFI and boot diagnostics can be used when testing RAM / Motherboard.
If these HP software do not detect problems then there are better RAM tests.
The HP is all inclusive and is a starting point.

Think of it like this say a computer can only have 8gb of ram but the user installs 16 because the physical provisioning allows multiple sticks.
They decided to go over 8gb of ram and try 16gb the computer will only register 8gb because that is the limit set by the controller, which is dictated by the cpu since 1st gen.
These cpu you are implying about well over 64gb so the logic is inverse you are within limits in several scenarios you have displayed.
The test will not tell you anything conclusive because it will only be testing registered memory, you can try the tests but i don't think its going to tell you anything new.
I am not trying to argue anyone's point i just think its a dead end logically and quad channel is known for dying slots its common.
