    Touchpad randomly stop working

More like it goes to sleep
I am not sure why this happens and what exactly it is triggering it,but when I don't use the touchpad(Synaptics)for a while(I use a mouse),when I try to use the touchpad,it does not work,I have to keep swiping or pressing the mouse buttons until the touchpad "wakes up"

I don't have the options to turn off the touchpad when a mouse is connected
I don't have the option enabled to turn off the touchpad to save power

I am using Win10 Home with the latest update
    MSI GE 72VR 6RF

Are you saying you have no options like Touchpad sensitivity.

Settings > Devices > Touchpad > Additional settings > Device settings Tab.

and the F3 touchpad on/off does not work.

Drivers for your Synaptics TouchPad and Function keys you get from MSI support for Drivers/Utilities.

This doesn't add much more, but note there is a live chat option:
MSI Global - The Leading Brand in High-end Gaming & Professional Creation

As this could be MSI-specific, perhaps better to use their site/support.

I have many options but there is nothing related to turning off the touchpad
I do have an option to turn in on and off with Fn+F3 but I never use that,it just randomly(it may work for days without any problems),the touchpad will just not react when I try to move the mouse and it starts to work if I keep doing that for few seconds

The sensitiving is set to almost all the way to "light touch" and when it does work,it really just needs a light touch to react
