Printed Color Dilemma
Hello folks,
Am here to get help with color printing. Very unique situation in my office.
I am attaching the file I used and sample of the color printed results. I hope am not asking for too much.
Would someone please print the file "02 Word.docx" to your laser printer, to check if the printed copy, looks very close to what you see on the screen in the Microsoft Word document. As you see in file "03 Color Sample.jpg", that the second line, blue color on the computer screen, does not look anything close to the one printed to the color printers, in file "03 Color Sample.jpg", #3, #4 and #5.
Yes I believe the screen color will never be 100% same as the printed paper, however, it should look really close. I have been printing in color printers for years, including camera photos. The Canon tech support took the file to print in their office, the result looks as in #3, #4 and #5 in file "03 Color Sample.jpg".
It will be too coincidental that our color printer, the Canon sales office's printer, FedEX and the printing services in town, all could not produce a 'real' blue color as in row 2 in the file "02 Word.docx".
My goal is to use the process of elimination to trouble shoot why the printed document would not produce a close enough color as on the computer screen.
Cheers
