    So you run a Dual-boot-system and this is the first time you realize that? You must have installed it!

    @Del 80
    In msconfig start TAB delete the 2nd entry
    Just rightclick on (D:) and select format.
    Then you can use it as storage for files

    Open Msconfig and from Boot tab make the Windows 10 you want default boot operating system and delete the Windows 10 entire you don't want after that apply changes and from disk management delete the Windows 10 partition you don't want and reboot your system.

    Don't worry!
    You can still format it and use it as storage for files.
    Open Diskmanagement and rightclick on (D:) and select format. That's all

    @Del 80
    Then open Command Prompt and run as Administrator
    C:\WINDOWS\system32>diskpart
    list disk
    sel disk #
    (replace # by the disk number containing the (C:) (0 or 1 ?)
    list par
    sel par #
    (replace # last partition number
    delete partition override
    create partition primary
    format quick fs=ntfs label="Data"
    assign letter=D

    copy&paste the commands and you are ready
