    Recently printed status when Enable Log option not shown?


    for non-admin, is it possible, when Enable-logging option not in Print Property, to see a list of recently printed documents from the print queue for networked printers?
    Is there alternative to Enable Logging? How to Check Your Printed Document History in Windows 10 Enterprise?

    BACKGROUND
    If Enable logging is available from PrintService Property from "Manage" in the "Printers & Scanners" settings menu, I can choose "Advanced" tab and then select the "Keep Printed Documents" checkbox.

    Print History w/o "Enable Logging" and "Keep Printed Documents"

    (1) In printer properties, "Advanced" tab, greyed "Keep Printed Documents" checkbox.
    92) Enable-logging option not in "Operational" of "PrintService" of Event Viewer.

    How else to Check Printed Document History for Windows 10 Enterprise?

    What exactly are you trying to achieve? Is someone using your printer without permission?

    no print output and nor in queue; did printer receive request?


    My print requests have not been printed. Print queue has been long and scrolling a long list to find my request is too cumbersome.
    How to know if my print request had been received by printers?

    My work computer is stationed on a shared desk; my password meets strength requirement and updated frequently.

    If anyone can use my computer to print, that is out of my control.
