My newest Desktop with External drives attached [3 x USB], Disk 0 is an Internal WD 2TB HDD for storage, Disk 1 is an NVMe of 512GB and is the System/Boot/OS drive. It came with Win10 and Upgraded to Win11 same day.
The 1.17GB partition 4 is WINRETOOLS which is the recovery partition. The 17.9GB partition 5 is the Dell factory IMAGE. The 1.35GB partition 6 is the DELLSUPPORT. You can see them named so in MiniTools Partition Wizard. In fact you can explore the partitions in Partition Wizard and see the contents. I also upgraded from Windows 10 to 11 about six months ago. The IMAGE partition will still be the Windows 10 image. Keeping it till the warranty period is good. Any OS problems the Tech Support will ask you to restore it to the factory image. That is all the low level Support will ask and they know nothing better . Only last month I released some space from the preceding partition and increased the WINRETOOLS to 1.5 GB to cater for future updates since the earlier 940MB was almost full.
