missing drivers for Lenovo Tablet X1 Gen 3

    Hi guys.
I purchased this tablet but under device manager I see some drivers are not installed.
So which drivers do I need, regarding pics below?

    They are Intel drivers.

Install chipset / controller / drive drivers.

    Something similar to:

So, I should install Intel chipset drivers from Lenovo website for this model?
    Also Intel Managment Engine driver?

Almost always drivers should be installed from the computer manufacturer's website.

These are typically the best tested drivers.

Short answer, yes, though you may see the intel management engine software already listed in control panel\programs and features. note the version # and compare it to the current version on lenovos website. uninstall your version if it's older before you re-install the newer version. If they are identical, don't bother. Link to your model below:

Im curious why the drivers would even be missing\incompatable in the first place. You might want to select the recommended auto update method this one time. You can always remove any app it requires afterwards.

Actually I am not sure if someone previously removed these 3 drivers because they might have issue with laptop working normally.
I might risk when installing drivers and sudden crashing laptop (like I had issues with IMEI driver on Zenbook).
I don't think it's coincidence that these 3 drivers are left uninstalled.
After installing drivers, is there a way to roll back to previous state without installing these drivers (current state)?

What probably happened is that the previous owner did a clean install before sending to you and did not install the proper drivers.

I suggest you do install those drivers so it works as it should.

Installing the correct drivers for your system will not cause a crash. Use the recommended auto update function in the link I left you on lenovos website. It will most likely want you to install an app so it can detect your system. You can remove it when your done. Not my prefered method but safe.

I use Macrium reflect for system backup's but that's another story.

I would avoid installing via automatic update, it might even update my BIOS who knows...
I will choose to manually install chipset drivers and IMEI,okay?

Your choice of course. This is not like a windows update however. It is directly from lenovo and is system specific.
A bios update is not to be feared and may not even be offered. you will most likely just be presented with a list of updates and drivers to choose from. It's basicly fool proof.
