    The fans keep spinning but the computer doesn't work


    hello guys

    I've been using my PC pretty standardly these days just wake up one day and realize my USB port monitor and ethernet cables are not turning on not reacting

    Everything was working pretty standardly and I wonder what is the reason for this so by looking up some information I stumbled upon issues which could be provoked by ram

    I cleaned my slots I replaced them I took bios battery out and put it in and I still didn't find the solution for this problem

    Taking out GPU and putting it back didn't help either
    What could be the potential solution for this problem

    Disconnect the hard drive, remove the BIOS battery and now power up, what happens?
