noticed your "mem test", that was an experience
two computers back, continual system failure
wanted to set up a mirror image back up to save the hours involved
Acronis wouldn't run, Acronis people sent the mem test and instructions to narrow down the issue
traced it to a old/faulty ram card, installed by a local shop I used to trust

hours of running the mem test then moving the ram cards ... and, fascinating...

the computer shop was charging me to clear "a virus" then reload everything
every time, I guess not solving the problem is good for busine$$

After trying to get a fair response from everyone involved, I walked into microcenter and bought a new ram card

even with Acronis and my brother helping, quite a project for an amateur
