2 Beeps on HP laptop -NO boot

When I cloned the old HP 15-f100dx laptop hard drive to a NVMe SSD that I use in my new HP laptop, all went well. This was about 10 months ago. The old HP laptop was running and booting fine.
So, I put in one of my desk drawers and there it has sat .

Now, I tried to boot it and the screen does not show the HP logo, just blank.
I get 2 beeps now. I can't seem to even boot into the BIOS and check settings.

Any ideas where I might look for a remedy?

    It's probably related to memory
Remove the power cord from the wall outlet (very important).
Open the case and remove the memory sticks.
Spray a contact cleaner on the contacts and gently clean with a cloth.
Spray a contact cleaner on memory slots
Put the memories back on their slots, making sure they go all the way down and lock.

Well, gave it a try.... cleaning the 2 memory modules. BTW this is a laptop as I mentioned in first post, so as an abundance of caution, I removed the battery from the back. Yes, older HP Laptop.
When I shut it down to put in the drawer it was running perfectly. Booted up fine, and ran fine. Windows 10 22H2 version
I might try taking out just one stick at a time (I have 2) to see if one of them might be bad.

Other than RAM, what other would give the 2 beeps, AND I noticed that at the time of teh beeps the Cap Lock key does flash as well, just not constant.

@zbook most helpful. Gave me some clues and I went to HP website and downloaded a BIOS update to the HP-15f100dx laptop, and burned it to a bootable USB. Then i run that on the laptop. It updated the BIOS as it appears it was corrupt.

After done I tried to boot, got the HP logo, spinning circles, and it booted to my lock screen with my name and picture on it, an then to the main desktop, just as it was months ago. But then.... it crashed. Blue screen. I kept trying to boot, but it has some issues, such as c:\Windows\System32\ntoskrnl.exe and some "ntloader" issues. Now I'm downloading a Windows 10 22H2 burning to USB to try to fix the OS. I figure on putting in the bootable USB with Windows 10 on it and see if I can repair the existing OS.
That would be the correct course of action, right?

EDIT: When I look at the HP 15-f100dx file system, I find C:\Windows\System32 svchost.exe but none of those tags that follow it. Are those in the Registry someplace?
On my new HP laptop, a HP 15-dy2132wm (this has the newer NVMe SSD) There is NO Audiosrv in the "services" Closest thing I have on this computer is Volumetric Audio Compositor Service and it has the same extension after svchost.exe which is -k LocalServiceNetwork Restricted -p

Also administrator does not have full control on this file "svchost.exe" and I cannot change it to give control to Administrator, only has read/write Trusted Installer is the only one that has FULL control.

Please run the HP bootable UEFI hardware diagnostics > take pictures > post images or share links displaying the tests performed with results.

Run Memtest86+ for 8 or more passes > take pictures > post images or share links

How could you update BIOS if it wasn't booting?
    Is the main drive healthy?

Went and did a search for HP BIOS update and read about another guy's computer with exactly same issues. 2 beeps, no screen (black) and also the CAP LOCKS keys also flashed 2 times, and it was said, from HP to be a corrupt BIOS. In the thread it gave a link to HP where you could put in the model number and get the BIOS. I went there and downoaded the BIOS and it created a USB Boot HP TOOLS that I could plug in and when I started the computer it automatically started updating the BIOS. This would override the corrupt BIOS.

Computer is not booting, but I still had issues and I took out one of the Memory modules 8 GB DDR3L and it would not boot, got the 2 beeps. Then I took that one out and swapped it for the one I just took out . I had 2 X 8GB DDR3L memory modules. THEN it booted into Windows 10 with my Lock Screen with my picture, as was before, and finally into my desktop.
What prompted me to check the memory module was that when i would boot into Window 10, it would be there for just a bit and then crash, blue screen with options and none of them worked Most of the time when I tried hard booting (no power) it would get the Blue Screen with that FROWN icon. Once in a while it wold boot into Windows 10 but not stay, and would crash. Removing the bad memory module allowed me to boot into Windows 10 Pro successfully and it stayed. ALL works, except for a Sound issue (red X on speaker icon in taskbar)

So I had 2 issues. A bad Memory RAM module and a corrupt BIOS.

Now i installed all of the drivers from a file I saved that exported all the drivers for my wife and my HP-f100dx laptops (we have the same older HP laptops) and I have a batch file that will get all the drivers, that I designate in a folder, and install all the drivers. That went well, but still have issue with the sound.

The little help pop up by clicking on the SPEAKER icon in taskbar, did a look and found that the Audio Services failed to start. It tried to restart, but would not keep. I looked at services.msc and saw the Audio Services and in properties I noted the path: C:\WINDOWS\System32\svchost.exe -k Local ServiceNetworkRestricted -p
So I am wondering if I can just go to my wife's laptop, (same make and model) and copy that file and place it in the same location to get the Audio Services in that location. It appears it might be corrupt.
OR would it be just better to run the downloaded and bootable USB drive of Windows 10 22H2 and do a "repair"?

I got the sound (speaker) icon to show with no X through it, but there is still no sound. VLC media player crashes as well as my other MP3 file player, Quinessential Media Player does not play either. AND I just installed both of them from a download after uninstalling both using Revo Uninstaller.

On the HP 15-f100dx laptop, that DID work, there is a restore folder on the root drive I believe called System Volume Information but I cannot open it even after ticking "Show Hidden Files" on the VIEW using explorer. If I could find a restore point that went back to when the computer was running months ago, and doing good, I might be able to bring it all back. Any idea how to look at that folder?
Also can one move a restore point to be used by the system?
    Thanks!
