From diskpart image on post #11, OP has already deleted the 3rd EFI partition. It has now 2 EFI and 5 Recovery partitions.
It doesn't matter witch one is the current boot manager EFI partition if you format and reload any one and then delete the remaining ones.
For the recovery partitions, when you run reagentc /disable, all the recovery partitions can be deleted. On my instructions I left the active one if OP wanted to use it latter.

Hi thanks for helping, and no i dont have those software you asked about. And why im looking for alternatives other than what you suggested is that im scared i will make a mistake or something. Im not sure i understand the instructions, i have had issues with fix boot were it says access denied, what if i have the same issue, what can i do then?

Apparently i had another disk in my pc that had windows in it before that got me into this mess, the weird thing is that i had formatted the drive so no OS was left obviously, but still it saw it as if it had a boot windows in it, because i had to press F8 when starting the pc and i saw this hard drive as a boot drive and my real OS disk that i use. I went into disc genius and deleted EFI boot folder from that hard drive and it did not show as a bootable drive anymore in bios

Where are you up to now?

Have you deleted the unneeded partition in the purple box yet?

After you have deleted the partition in the purple box, open admin cmd prompt and type

    reagentc /info

that will tell you which partition currently houses winre.wim, so you can delete the other one.

The problem could have been solved within 3 minutes!
Only Screenshots from post #5 and #11 give the right information for the commands to be excecuted!
Meanwhile things have changed, that you have to repeat the steps.
    run command prompt:
    reg query HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control /v FirmwareBootDevice
    reagentc /info
    diskpart
    sel disk 1
    list par
    exit

    post the results!

Don't use AOMEI Partition Assistant as long as the ntoskrnl-bug is not fixed! Beside that the Partition numbers usually differ from MS-Numbers!
Be aware that this problem is the result of at least 3 erroneous WIN-Installations!

The main problem here is that to get rid of a drive that has Windows you format the C: partition leaving behind the EFI, the MSR and the Recovery partition.
The correct way is to open Disk manager (C:\Windows\System32\diskmgmt.msc) and delete all 4 System partitions (EFI, MSR, C: and recovery) and then create a single partition and format as NTFS
