After a firmware update I can't see my HDD

My HDD would mount on windows 10 everytime with my HDD enclosure.
After a firmware update on my Sabrent enclosure I can't see my HDD anymore.
The part where it say Unformated, we actually formated before and working, I actualy have a couple of backups there.

I am using NPE_free. Is anyone familiar with that software for partitions?
I also have that Unallocated partition that I have to fuse with the Unformated one.
But itAfter a firmware update I can't see my HDD-screenshot-2023-12-10-150908.jpg
    Thanks, I run windows 10. build 19045

What is the model of the enclosure? What bridge chip does it have?

Why did you install a firmware update? Was there any problem with the enclosure?

Where did you download the update from?

Model ec-dflt. I installed the firmware thinking it would be a good thing. The problem was a slow transfer rate. I took the file from the official website. The tech support made me do a clean all through MS-DOS then reformat and it worked for another disk, but this one I know I have stuff in it, if possible to restore.

I think niubi is the same as macrorit with a different brand name.

what happens if you attach the disk directly to the mobo instead of in that enclosure ?

Then I would take a look at it with diskgenius

Installing the drive directly to the computer eliminates the case effect. Then you can rescue the files on the drive.

I searched for ec-dflt in the Sabrent support page. I found a firmware update and downloaded a rar. The chip is a JMS568, and the files included are dated 2015 or 2016, a rather old update. If this was not the update installed, and there´s nothing to lose, I´d try to install it.

Ideally an all sector backup/clone should be done before attempting any repairs. The few times I used diskgenius to repair partition table damage it worked perfectly, but there are never any guarantees.
