The only possible company names I've found are: Kocoqin and Fonseca ??
But they might just be knock-offs.

The only way to know for sure would be to ask DELL.





The motherboard has a couple QR codes on it... maybe they would tell you something.

Most motherboards are made in China or Taiwan.

Regarding QR codes on the motherboard, so far scanning them has produced nothing apart from a bunch of alphanumeric ID ("CN-0GY4...."), in fact the same alphanumeric IDs which are printed at the bottom of the QR codes.

I mean isn't there a web page which documents which motherboard IDs correspond to which motherboard manufacturers? My understanding is that each motherboard manufacturer has a specific ID that all of their motherboards are labeled with.

I don't know... in all my years, you're the first person that asked who made DELL motherboards.
