Is there a way to delay the timing of a key stroke?
I always have this timing problem when hitting the shift key for a capital, i know there is a way to change the mouse movments buy don't find anyrhing to control the keyboard keys.

Could you explain what you mean by a 'timing' problem? An example perhaps?
For example, one of many functions/features of Autohotkey ( a free comprehensive scripting tool) is that you can..
- reallocate keys
- trigger a program when a key is pressed
So in principle I suppose you could (probably in 1 line per key) create a script that delay whichever key you wish...
I'm just not sure that's such a useful thing to do though.
Noting you have Win 11, this is tenforums for.. yes.. Win 10.

It sounds as if you think you have to press and release SHIFT then press a letter to get the uppercase form.not delaying long enough to keep the upper case capital letter
Actually you need to press and HOLD the SHIFT key and press the letter you want whilst the SHIFT key is still down.
I could be completely misinterpreting of course.
Still problems? You could use the CAPS LOCK key..
Maybe you are thinking of sticky keys
