You say idle and gaming temps are OK.
What ARE your idle and gaming temps?
Your fans are set (by your curve), to run at 100% at 70C.
70C isn't that high of a temp for a 7900X (170W), and you have the cooler set to run at 100% at 70C.
Lastly, you need to determine if it's the fans or the pump, that's causing the noise.
You can do this with a wooden dowel rod (20mm diameter, 45cm length), used like a stethoscope.
Hold one end of the dowel rod to your ear, and gently touch the other end to each of the fan shrouds (not the fan blades), and then touch it to the pump. The wood will transmit the sound "only" from whatever you're touching it to.
Once you have found what part is making the loud noise... then we may be able to offer suggestions.
NOTES...
Do NOT stick the dowel rod IN your ear, just touch it to the outside of your ear.
Be very careful with the other end of the dowel rod when near the moving fans...
...only touch it to the fan "shroud" (the outside casing of the fan).
