7900x sounds like a jet engine

Imgur: The magic of the Internet

This is my fan curve. Phanteks G5000A 7 case fans, RTX 4090, 7900x, B650M Aorus Elite Gaming AX, 2x32GB DDR5 6000Mhz RAM, Deepcool LT720

I understand this is a workstation CPU rated 170W TDP but still this is unacceptable. Idle and gaming temps are completely OK tho. But the noise bothers me SO much!

    Please help.

You say idle and gaming temps are OK.
What ARE your idle and gaming temps?

Your fans are set (by your curve), to run at 100% at 70C.
70C isn't that high of a temp for a 7900X (170W), and you have the cooler set to run at 100% at 70C.

Lastly, you need to determine if it's the fans or the pump, that's causing the noise.
You can do this with a wooden dowel rod (20mm diameter, 45cm length), used like a stethoscope.

Hold one end of the dowel rod to your ear, and gently touch the other end to each of the fan shrouds (not the fan blades), and then touch it to the pump. The wood will transmit the sound "only" from whatever you're touching it to.

Once you have found what part is making the loud noise... then we may be able to offer suggestions.

    NOTES...

Do NOT stick the dowel rod IN your ear, just touch it to the outside of your ear.
Be very careful with the other end of the dowel rod when near the moving fans...
...only touch it to the fan "shroud" (the outside casing of the fan).

When idling: 47-65C (depending on if Im installing games, or browsing multiple websites at the same time, lots of tabs open, lots of BG processes running)

When gaming: 65-85C depending on the game

Your temps seem a bit high to me, not a lot, but a bit.

As I mentioned above, you need to do these things...

    1. Use a wooden rod to find "where" the noise is coming from.
    2. Then you can start to solve your problem.

If it's the fans, then you need to adjust your fan curve, or get quieter fans.
If it's the pump (your cooler seems to have a lot of pump issues), you may have to RMA the cooler.

Other things you can do are... add noise dampening foam to the inside walls of the case.
Lower the room temp, so the cooler doesn't have to work as hard, etc.
Maybe use a noise blocking headset or similar.

There's no exact answer for this... it's more of a judgement call, that "you" have to make.
The fans I use on my CPU cooler... you would probably think are as loud as jet engines. But to me... they're fine.
