Weird Problem: eSATA HDD Invisible In W10 But Fine In W11 Partition

After years without problems my Lacie d2 Quadra 3TB eSATA drive has disappeared from W10 Pro but is working fine in my other double-boot W11 partition.
It happened after my roomie absent mindedly pulled the power plug for my PC while I was using it
The end of line 1 above tells me that it is connected OK. I have tried multiple unplugging the eSata cable.
I have tried a dozen or so fixes suggested by Lacie, Google and Bing and nothing helps.
I can no even find the hardware troubleshooter.

It doesn't show in anything in Windows 10 but is showing normally when I boot into W11.
No trace anywhere for me to picture, no unknown devices showing either.
eSATA connection is firmly in place and power is on. The drive's light shines constantly so it is talking to something, but I can't detect it in BIOS or System,
    except in the W11 boot.

As always I am totally up tpo date with WU.
I thought of Ssystem Restore only to discover that one of the recent Cumulative updates had reset my System Protection on this drive to 0%. So no recent SR points available.

I can no even find the hardware troubleshooter.
I noticed this very recently. Try:

Press Windows + R to open Windows Run dialog.
    Type msdt.exe -id DeviceDiagnostic
in the Run dialog and press Enter to open the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter.
Click Next to run the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter.
    There are more such commands.

That was a great tip - it first found the RAID Controller was disabled (by me on purpose). I skipped that fix but it found another, Windows Update was not looking for drivers (again my doing) and I decided ,to allows that and am just about to reboot to get that working. I'll post what if anything happens.

It happened after my roomie absent mindedly pulled the power plug for my PC while I was using it
    - problem is any form of corruption might have occurred.
    Start with basic disk checks
    Hard Disk Sentinel (covers SSDs)
    Admin command prompt
    chkdsk c: /scan
    then
    SFC /SCANNOW

    Try a System Restore point

Proceed to an in-place upgrade repair - and hope...

    No guarantees.

Most likely fix: do the first 2 integrity checks, then if ok, restore a recent disk image...

OK the chkdsk found nothing to repair but the sfc did but never posted a cbs.log on my desktop or anywhere else, I searched.
The second sfc /scannow found nothing wrong
My most recent restore point is last April which I am reluctant to use lest it introduces further problems.
The option to display more restore points was greyed out as somehow my disk usage for it had been changed to 0%.
as mentioned previously. I corrected that to 20%.
I appreciate the help very much but now I have to go out so will only have my iPhone with me, but I will check from time to time.

Only one eSata port and none available. But it works on my dual booted OS, W11 meaning the connection is sound.
