Try to connect the keyboard to a USB 2.0 and not 3.X
Well, this board doesn't have 2.0 anywhere, the ones on the back are all marked 3.0 and 3.1, the front panel is plugged into the internal 3.0 header, the 2.0 internal is used for the AIO. Umm... It's the only reason, way back 6 + years ago, that I upgraded from Win 7 to Win 10, the WIn 7 installer couldn't see the keyboard and mouse being all the ports are 3.x, so I was forced to upgrade to 10 just so the installer would see the keyboard and mouse. Umm...

I don't know what you did on BIOS but, not having USB support, isn't normal.
You wrote that you reset ed the MB.

Try it again. Remove the power cord from the wall outlet and remove the coin battery for 1 minute.

Ok, the first time I shorted the Clear Cmos pins for 10 seconds with a screwdriver while it was unplugged. This time I unplugged it, tore out the video card (as the battery is mostly covered by it) , pulled the coin cell, waited a bit (life happened. >.< ) , put the battery back in, put the video card back in, plugged it back in , and nada. So I ordered, off of Amazon, a PS2 Keyboard to USB adapter that'll be here tomorrow at some time, so I can plug the keyboard into the PS2 port instead, as all I have in my junk box are green mouse adapters, not purple keyboard adapters. As I am out of ideas at this point.

PS2 port isn't hot swap able.
To insert or remove any PS2 device the computer must be off

Correct. All I need in Bios is the keyboard at a minimum and with that I can use the USB keyboard in the legacy ps2 port . That should , in theory , never be disabled so , in theory , should work . After the bios is set up I can power down and swap back to the USB ports.

It seems that you had a 1T drive as Legacy - MBR and you copied to a GPT drive, that is why it didn't boot.
Then you reset BIOS and lost all the BIOS configurations so now you can't boot the 1T drive.

Detach (SATA or power cable) all your data drives leaving on only the 1T and the 4T drive
Boot from a Win 10 installation drive and at the Windows Setup screen, press Shift+F10 simultaneously to open a command line prompt and type:
    Diskpart
list disk (pay attention to the GPT column. Does it has a * for both drives? Take note of 4T drive number)
select disk n (replace n with the 4T drive number found above)
list part (it will list all partitions on the 4T drive )
    exit (to exit diskpart

You can take a picture and post it here as an attachment.
Success! Sort of. It booted up with the 1tb SSD, so that's a plus. I went into the Disc Management and took a screenshot.

In Disk Management, right click Disk 0 and Disk 1 separately choose Properties. Go to the Volumes tab.
This will tell you if the drive is Initialized as MBR or GUID (GPT)
If Disk 1 is MBR and Disk 0 is GUID, then you would have to boot into Setup (Bios) and go to the Boottab and Enable CSM/Legacy. in addition to UEFI Bios. if you want to boot to the 4TB drive.

Nope, still refuses to boot off of the 4tb. Let me see...

Your drive 0 is GPT and your drive 1 is MBR.
To make your drive 0 boot able, Open a CMD window as administrator and type:
    Diskpart
    sel select disk 0
    select part 1
    del part override
    create part EFI size=100
    format fs=FAT32 quick
    assign letter=W
    create part msr size=16
    exit
    bcdboot E:\Windows /s W: /f UEFI
    exit
    diskpart
    select vol W
    remove letter=W
    exit
    exit

    On BIOS Boot tab
    Disable CSM
Boot Devices Control - UEFI only
Boot from Network Devices - Ignore
Boot from Storage Devices - UEFI driver first
Boot from PCI-E Expansion Devices - UEFI driver first

    Secure Boot - Other OS
