Can't Import AMD Settings Anymore

I had a weird issue with my computer that i figured would be solved if I used DDU to uninstall my AMD software/graphics, then reinstalled the software manually (I don't think this did anything, but i figured "eh, why not :/"). I also had a Snap Settings backup so i could import my settings back and re-config everything all at once, but to my disappointment, the AMD Adrenalin Software refused to import it, and the last backup was made YESTERDAY, so the settings backup should be fresh and in-line with the AMD Adrenalin Software (23.9.2)

I made/sent a bug report using the included bug report tool, but i wanted to make sure. for those running AMD GPUs of their own, and using the AMD Adrenalin Software, is anyone else besides me unable to import any settings back into their setup using the Snap Settings "Import" button, or is it just me (so far)?
