Add more disks in Settings > Storage in Windows 10-disk-management.jpgAdd more disks in Settings > Storage in Windows 10-file-explorer.jpgAdd more disks in Settings > Storage in Windows 10-settings-storage-disk-utilization-other-disks.jpgAdd more disks in Settings > Storage in Windows 10-settings-storage.jpg

I simply downloaded the images, then uploaded in the usual way. Note: when using Chrome in particular, I find annoyingly I have to wait up to some seconds before clicking the upload button. FF was faster, but still a short delay.

Seems just your H, K disks are not shown. Are these simply individual disks or configured in RAID or as a Storage Space? They don't seem to be...

    Your objective:
Since i want to move and install apps from the microsoft store to these disks, especially into k (the ssd), as long as j and k are not shown in that settings, microsoft store cannot use them, neither to install or move apps.
    - these Settings pages only relate to Storage Sense. File explorer sees them- I don't see what the relationship is between this and your objective.

Sorry, maybe you did not understand what i was asking then. As you can see, in system storage screenshots, i cannot see J and K disks, even if in Disk Management and File Explorer i can see them perfectly. As far as i know, Microsoft Store wants you to have disks listed in system storage settings in order to use them to move app there or to install new app there. Windows doesnt let you change the location of new app to be installed or new locations for new apps etc if you dont see those disks listed there. There you have the relationship you are referring to. So I wanted to know how to add disks there. Because on my work PC, as soon as i format a new disk, after a reboot, the sensor detect them and i can use them in those settings. Let me know, thanks :) (hope it helps to undertsand better).
edit: i've not a raid configured though, simple single disks

I understand what you're saying- I have no idea why some drives aren't shown. Sorry.
There doesn't seem to be a way to exclude individual drives.

By way of a random thought- you could try disabling, then enabling storage sense.
Enable or Disable Storage Sense in Windows 10
Turn On or Off Storage Sense Automatically Free Up Space in Windows 10

No problem mate, thank you so much for your support I tried with no results. Well, I guess we reached a kind of dead end street here. MS should improve this feature with more controls inside, like a selection of disks to handle and such. Btw, I tried get into group policy settings for storage sense, but even there I only see 5 options, none of which can control what I want. See screenshot attached:

So sad about that actually. I will try with the next format. Hope someone will jump into this thread in the future with a solution

You might try creating a new user account only for test purposes (and delete it afterwards).

See if you see the same thing or not. (Standard diagnostic check to see if problem is account specific.

I tried, no results. On a side note though, idk why in a virtual machine with win11 pro it does recognize at least k, the ssd, but don't ask me why because i don't know lol... Well, i will try directly on my next build in a few months then :) I guess we can close the thread.

The common issues are SSDs not shown in f. explorer/disk management. Yours is so specific... strange.
