How to install drivers

I'm using win 10 on HP envy H8-1534 64Bit Home (x64) Version 22H2 (build 19045.2965)
and have three drivers

only one tixhci allows me to install when I right click on it but the other two don't
give me that option except the others ask to OPEN WITH and gives MS store
Opt. to pay 1.99 for web conversion.

these drivers are universal
sorry if this is too confusing as they should all be "install" but only one gives me that opt or extract
