    I recall trying Minitool some time ago along with several others. Prior to that I had Symantec's Partition Magic. For some reason, I chose to use AOMEI instead of Minitool (I forget why). I mainly use the AOMEI backup app. I do also have their free partition app, but it is somewhat limited.

    Windows still think that the recovery partition is on drive 1 - partition 1.
    It seems that you deleted the recovery partition without disabling it.
    Now you have to get the Win RE from an Win 10 installation drive.
