    PDF file not printing properly

Hello, I have a Ricoh SPC261SFNw laser printer, Windows 10 ver. 22H2 OS build 19045.3324 and Adobe Acrobat Pro DC ver. 2021.005.20060. I have a .pdf template for recipe cards that I have been using for many years and up until last year had no problems with how it printed. But last year I went to print several files and the cards printed with the center all in Cayan. I played with some settings and the cards started printing properly. Earlier this year I went to print out more and again, center of the card printed in all Cayan. I thought I had written down what I did with the settings but obviously didn't and spent several hours playing around to no avail. In between printings there were several Windows 10 and a few Ricoh driver updates and I have a feeling one or the other or a combination of both somehow messed things up. I told a friend who is very computer savvy about the issue and he said to contact Ricoh to see if they have a patch. I contacted Ricoh but as always they were no help what so ever; this is their response:
This sounds like a driver issue, not a patch issue. It could also be something with the Adobe application. See if you have problems printing other Adobe docs (I have no trouble printing other Adobe files). Try the Ricoh Universal driver if the Adobe application is not the issue, to see if that fixes the problem. Link: SP C261SFNw Downloads | Ricoh Global (Already had this driver installed)

PCL6 Driver for Universal Print (Download link) (File Size : 30,668 KB) Ver.4.36.0.0 (This is the driver I downloaded and when I installed it, it just added another printer)

If the driver doesn't work, in the link page above, scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page where it says Choose other OS, then click on the down arrow for Firmware-choose Machine Controller Firmware update for Windows MAIN-PCL/PS(PDL) and install the firmware tool and run it. If you need further assistance, contact Ricoh Hardware Support, and they will help over the phone. Hardware Support: 888-456-6457. (Downloaded the firmware but have no idea how to install it and when I emailed back to get help, I got no reply)

I attempted to contact hardware support but can't get through; hold time is enormous. Having no luck with support, I downloaded the file and proceeded to install the driver. All it did was add another printer and got me nowhere. I've uninstalled the printer, re-installed, updated the driver and still have the issue. I messaged the person back who sent me the above email asking for help because nothing he suggested worked and I have NO CLUE how to install firmware (googled for help and got no where as well, just kept brining me to Ricoh site and there's no knowledgebase information for my issue. He didn't even have the courtesy of replying to my last email. Needless to say, I need help so I can print out my recipe cards and despite the fact that I am pretty computer savvy, I will need explicit instructions in layman's terms. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated. I have attached files of how the cards should look (Beef recipes) and how they are printing.
