3d stops working

Ok, strange situation.

Ryzen 1600, 16gb ram, Nvidia 1060. Win 22H2 Build 19045.3393

Everything works fine, playing armored core 6 or snowrunner, playing for hours and no crashes or anything. Exit game normally, no crash. But, in most cases, if i try to run the game again, or anything 3d, it hangs on running. Nothing that's 3d will run.


When i try to reboot/shut down, i get endless spinning wheel, and when i say endless i mean i waited for hours just to test it.
Manual reboot it is, then games work again, till i exit the game and in most cases, problem starts again.
If this problem on game exit doesn't trigger i can restart and shutdown just fine after playing or play anything else.
Event viewer shows nothing.

Run SFC and it didnt find anything. I am out of ideas at this point.

Ideas?
