"Unable to install driver package" error with Matthew Wai's batch file

I've used Matthew Wai's batch file from the backup and restore Windows 10 drivers tutorial successfully in the past. However, while using it today, I noticed it give an "Unable to install driver package" error message for some of the drivers while restoring. The restore is usually pretty quick but today it was very slow.

The machine in question is a Lenovo ThinkCentre M70q Tiny that came with Windows 10. I don't care for any of the pre-loaded software so I wipe the machine and do a clean Windows install. Of course the drivers need to be restored so before wiping the machine, I use the Vantage software to update the drivers. It did find a few new ones. I also make sure to disable Windows Update from updating drivers as I've had it create issues in the past. Then I run the batch file to save the drivers and apply them after a clean install of Windows.

I've used it on other types of computers and never had an issue with that process before. What could be causing the error message?

If you mean the batch file in Option 5 of Backup and Restore Device Drivers - TenForumsTutorials then you should also be able to restore them using Option 4 of the tutorial.
At the very least, trying Option 4 ought to provide additional information about what the problem is.

    Best of luck,

    Update:

When I was writing the original message, the driver restore was still running. Eventually it finished. I restarted the computer as there was a message that it would be required. When it was booting up, a blue screen with some error message and a QR code appeared but it went away before I could get to my camera. Then it rebooted and seemingly started up normally. After I logged in, I took a look at the Device Manager and it looked like at least some of the drivers were not installed: I don't think there was a Bluetooth driver, the graphics driver was "Standard Microsoft Display", and there was one unknown device. So I ran the batch file again. This time it went much quicker saying something to the effect of "the driver is already installed" on all the drivers, as far as I could tell. The machine seems OK now. Still perplexed by what happened originally as I've never seen that before.

EDIT: Forgot to add that everything in Device Manager seems to be fine now: Intel Bluetooth driver is there, display is Intel UHD 630 and there are no unknown devices.
