The existence of an Other devices section is an error indication. Each entry in it shows an item for which no driver has been found.

I've seen the SMS/MMS entry before. I think you have connected your phone by USB without having installed the Samsung driver for it.

I never saw any problems resulting from not having installed a phone driver but I still go ahead and install them.

I've never seen that Nearby sharing entry.
I'd try the procedure in Search for drivers by HardwareID - TenForums
