Bluetooth phone operation and setting

Where have the Bluetooth phone operations and setting screen gone when I right click on my iPhone under devices and printers that option is not there which means I cannot show screen when phone rings or want to play audio files from my phone the option was there in windows 8.1

Check that you have BT still on the computer first, device manager, look for BT devices.

Yes Bt is working fine I can pair phone and it shows under devices but that is all I can do when I then right click there is no option to make the phone connect and become live and show call history etc as I could in 8.1
