    As a start [ Your Profile shows as a Desktop ] . . .

    - Have you tried another Keyboard ?
    - Have you tried another Monitor ?
    - Did you remove ANY external disk(s) PRIOR to this problem ?
    - Did you Restart the PC, and if so, were there ANY POST [ Power-On Self-Test ] errors ?

The more information that you can give us the better the chance that we might be able to help you. Things like what you have already tried, what the results were, etc.

    I hope this helps..

Don't have spare keyboard or monitor, tested keyboard on a laptop and works fine everything was removed to put in a new case no errors seen as monitor blank, is the keyboard reliant on the bios maybe could reset the bios

There can be Settings in the BIOS for the Keyboard etc. It would be worth a look if the Monitor was working !

What keyboard do you have? Is it wired or wireless?

Really confused, thought it was CPU temp, while pc was running checked and ok shut down pc wouldn't restart. Took bios battery out started in bios, then nothing, took out 5 pier usb card started up fine, then wouldn't restart, unplugged all HDDs except boot one, nothing keyboard not lighting up, each time I try something. mostly it starts up in bios or normal and KB, but won't restart KB dead again, replugged Memory, checked 24 pin connector all looks good, MOBO beeps once when starts ok other times no beep and nothing, earlier when I had the pc running I had a long beep every so often, which is why i checked CPU temp less than 30oC
Really don't know what to do now
    Need some help please

    Thanks in advance
KB tested on laptop 100% ok

Things are complicated because you changed everything when you moved the components to a new case.
You need to stop trying random things because you might make things worse.

Just connect the minimum things to at least see if you can get into the BIOS

    1. Make sure motherboard is placed correctly on standoffs and not shorted out.
    2. Make sure front panel wires are correctly plugged into motherboard
    3. The only components that need to be plugged into motherboard are CPU (with its cooler) and the RAM
    4. Make sure CPU cooler fan is plugged into dedicate motherboard connector called CPU_FAN
    5. Unplug all cards including the graphics card. (You won't need it for testing because your CPU has integrated graphics)
    6. Disconnect all drives.
    7. Make sure both power connectors are plugged in (24-pin ATX main power and 8-pin ATX 12V power)
    8. For testing purposed plug the monitor into the graphics port on the motherboard.
    9. Make sure power supply is plugged in and turned on (if it has a switch)
    10. Try to turn on the computer to see if you can get into the BIOS.
