Facing issue with my 8 TB Hard Drive

Hello I have a Western Digital 8 TB External Hard Drive (My Book). It is not an old drive. Must have been 1 year plus minus when I bought it.

Now suddenly the drive is showing 15% health in Hard Disk Sentinel

Then I used Crystal Disk Info it shows that the drive has bad sectors

Then I ran the /chkdsk option via CMD but it is showing ZERO bad sectors

Right now I am running a surface scan via Hard Disk Sentinel and am half way through it and it is also not showing any damaged/bad sectors in it

Also one more thing that when I plug in the drive the Disk is not shown as active and the Disk Management ask me to initialize disk.

So can someone please be kind enough

    A) Help me to salvage the disk
    B) Troubleshoot what is going here
    C) Can i use this disk like a regular disk again or not
    D) Should I just dump some data into the disk which is not that important to use this disk.

I am sure there are many who would be able to help me out with my issue. Thanks in advance and stay blessed

I would say that your drive is dying.
Do a long disk check with Western Digital Data LifeGuard Diagnostics - WinDlg as SIW2 suggested.

I ran the long test for the disk with Western Digital Data LifeGuard Diagnostics - WinDlg

    This is the result.

    Now what ?

I wouldn't trust the drive. Too many bad sectors.
Initiate the drive (Set as GPT and format as NTFS). You will loose all data on it.

If possible I would request a replacement under warranty.
