Installing printer driver on offline desktop

This driver is USB-based. If you don't see a printer in Device Manager, check to see an "unknown" USB device and try updating its driver from the extracted folder path.

Actually I've fixed it.
I did a search on the error message and eventually found a small registry tweak. I applied that, the error message disappeared and the driver was installed!
I did a trial print and, lo and behold, paper came out with printing on it!
