Getting random Pop up Windows of mouse properties,

Any thoughts please

Can we see with a screenshot?

Problem still exists, really annoying any thoughts please

When did this start?
Note that's not a standard/default properties sheet, so your title is a little misleading (hence the need for a screenshot).

Noting the "...mouse and keyboard center" I'm guessing you may have installed a MS app:

If so I suggest you explore its settings to see if there's a hot key or mouse setting that is set to open this (assuming the properties sheet is related).

If so, you may be happening to use said hot key or whatever it may be.
If so, you may be able to disable that or change it.

And if you're not using the app at all- you could try uninstalling it.

ok the image IS a screenshot, The pop up window appears even when no keys or mouse butons aree pressed, dont user an app only the mouse driver.
i ran the mouse troubleshooter and so far , today its been ok, no idea what has been changed.....no idea if itll com back again

Thank you for your reply. Again- if you don't need it and it's troublesome- uninstall it.
