My hard disk space shows different amount sometimes

You should probably just run Disk Cleanup once a day.

yep. The good thing is that it started from w8 back on 2013, and still going <<strong>> (moreover it dying slowly, but who cares), although I have had hard times in past to make it controlable, with various formats, tweaks etc.
