Bluetoot dongel

When I plug my USB Bluetooth dongle into a USB port, Intel(R) Wireless Bluetooth(R) comes up immediately and then I can't connect to my headphone, I first have to remove Intel(R) Wireless Bluetooth(R) to connect to my headphone, does anyone have a solution to this problem? Going to the Device Manager. Expand the Network Adapters category. Right-click your Intel Bluetooth and choose to uninstall it, doesn't make any difference either.

I tried almost everything to get rid of this minor problem, Running Win 10 Build 19045.2908 version 22H2

Instead of clicking uninstall in device manager, what happens if you select disable?
