How can an M2 undetected by the BIOS be detected by Windows 10?

I knew about the ctrl+s, but not about what the Russian guy is doing (I don't speak Russian so I don't understand the details...). I could just try to imitate his gestures but when dealing with the BIOS it is better not to take risks.

Setting a supervisor password also opens up some additional options, but they are all irrelevant.

I'll look for a video of what the Russian guy is doing but in a language that I can understand (Portuguese, English, French, Spanish...)

This is interesting. On this YT video this guy installs an M2 and an SSD on a Nitro 5. He sees both of them in the BIOS, but the factory installed M2 doesn't show up?!?! Check out min 9:30 in the video. think there's a bug in this BIOS:

If it is a feature, it is very strange.

Maybe the ssd does not appear because in the bios the sata mode is on raid.

If you want to try do option one of this tutorial:
Enable AHCI in Windows 8 and Windows 10 after Installation
You must first see if the sata mode is there in the bios. If it is not there it is perhaps necessary to bring up the hidden options of the bios ctrl+s indicated above I believe.

Once in the bios on the information tab you press ctrl+s, and then in the main and/or advanced tab you will have the hidden options:

I also thought about that and I'm tempted to install a Linux Mint on the 2.5 inch drive just to see if it shows up on the boot menu (dual boot). My instinct tells me it will, but that's the voodoo part of my brain talking, not the techie part.

You can try with windows 10, the same home or pro edition, in dual boot. I'm not sure but installing linux with the bios in raid mode can cause it to fail, it will skew the test.

Why do you say that the BIOS is in RAID mode? I don't see that anywhere.
