Memory Upgrade question
Hello! So, I've been running 16gb for ages, my board supports up to 16gb per slot, 4 slots. I was thinking about upgrading to the max the board can support, 64gb. So I have been poking around, can't find a single 16gbx4 kit, just 16gbx2 32gb kits. Crucial's memory finder auto populated their shopping cart with 4 individual 16gb modules. Now days with modern systems (Mine is a Ryzen) how important is it to get a kit vs, say, 2 32gb kits and mixing, or 4 individual 16gb sticks? As I don't see any other way to do this without mixing or reducing my want from 64gb to 32gb. I really do need the memory upgrade. ATM Task Manager is reporting 75% memory utilized with Firefox eating 1.8gb, as I just reset it, usually it eats way more as it has a memory leak (common amongst browsers in my experience >.< ) . Let me see, since the forum here is asking me to include my version #... Win 10 Pro - Version 10.0.19044 Build 19044 There. What are your thoughts on this? Thank you for your time.
