How to install printers driver WITHOUT the printer?

I have to install 3 printers drivers and don't have the printers next to me. How do I extract the drivers from the .exe file that almost all printers manufacturers give and manually install without have to connect the printers in the the usb port?

The reason why I need this is because when I download the manufacturer print driver (that is uselly in .exe extension) they don't allow me to continue installation if I don't plug the printer in the USB. The reason why I don't plug the printers in the USB is because the laptop is from a customer which have the printers on his office and came to me to solve others problem and ask me if I can't install 3 printers drivers that he has without have the printer connected on USB.

Printers models are L3110, L3210 from EPSON and G4100 from Canon.

    Windows 10 version 19045.2604.

Try using winrar if it sees a compressed file you can extract all files then you will need the .inf files
