Click on the question mark in a circle to the right of the red 'insufficient free space' message. It should give you a pop-up with more details.

the pop-up just says to run disk clean-up..which i did to clean temp files and stuff but the error remains

I have a 250G 860 EVO and got the "Insufficient.." message when my 180G data partition had less than 20% free space. I deleted some files and free space is now more than 20%. No more message {Mag. version 7.2.1).
Over Provisioning I have set to Disable.

833 plus 97 is 930. Include everything else and you are over. Adjust your partitions or use a second drive for just the OS that is say 128 or 250gb.
