ps2 ports not working in windows after resume, but they do in bios

Well i have a peculiar problem. I been going around it from the hardware side of things and everything seems to be working on the back end, the only problem is with windows.
Problem is not singular, it exists in every laptop of this model and it is not something manufacturer would like to adress because laptop is working in kind of not oem supported way. it also only exists when windows runing from a sata drive, it does not exists when system is runing from oryginal emmc storage soldered onto the motherboard. but emmc on one of the laptops is missing, the other is only 32gb and sata port can't coexist with emmc disk the way bios is designed.

    but to the point
laptop in question is hp stream 14 ax
laptop oficially don't have any slots for expansion but it has a footprint on the motherboard for installing m.2 m key socket with sata capabilities, so i soldered mising parts and set jumpers to boot from sata
windows 10 home 22h2 boots without a hitch both in legacy and uefi mode , when you do clean boot keyboard and touchpad (ps2 ) work, brightness controll and hot keys work, led indicators for capslock and mute work

after puting computer to suspend and waking it back up keyboard and touchpad don't seems to be doaing anything, even though drivers are loaded, hibernation is similar story but you can go to bios with no probblem using the keyboard before system reload
after you get to the windows from suspend or hibernation (or if windows was booted in default quick boot style) you can only use brightness controll and airplane mode, and only mute led works, but you can't press the key to trigger it. capslock led is stuck at whatever state it was before it gone to sleep
and it would be all pointing the bios or windows not handling the drivers corectly because on the hardware side keyboard and touchpad are still active, they wake the computer from suspended mode every time , every key any click and they work in bios

if there is any trick to trigger reloading keyboard and mouse ps2 drivers after resume or on demand it would be nice to know
restarting pst controller would be even better but it seems impossible from windows

i might add booting from oryginal emmc system installation copied to sata drive has it's own problems but while on emmc drive hibernation and suspend work, then on sata ssd they simply not working after loging in, you can trigger capslock to change state if you kick windows user and press the capslock key repeatedly but that about it, capslock state doesn't change in windows

if ayone encountered this kind of a problem i would really like to hear your story and if you were able to resolve it

this laptop might just be hp curse to people
when you hack it on hardware level by removing card reader ic you can make it fully usable in windows from the sata ssd, but then it don't see any drives from the linux.
it obviously can't boot from nvme drive, even though being 2018 laptop. but you can install it in place of..removed sd card reader ic
so having 2 ssd's instead of broken emmc i was able to do some testing
when windows sees 2 ssd's and can boot , and sata is enabled suspend and acpi command break keyboard and touchpad in windows, but linux work ok
when you set the jumpers to using missing emmc windows is 100% cool with it and works relibly
but linux can't see sata drives and acpi is broken

you just can't win with hp it would extensive bios rework to behave as normal computer
