    USB port problem??

Hello - I using Window 10 and am having trouble with a little body-cam that worked fine for a couple of years. Recently when I plugged the UBS cord into a port the camera no longer appears in the File Explorer tree so I can't get the video loaded onto my computer. The port works fine for other gadgets and I did try a different cord. Any tips on how to fix this problem would be appreciated. Thanks!

Well, you tried a different cord and tried other devices in the USB port.
All that's left to test now is to reinstall the body-cm software (if any),
and to try your body-cam on a different computer.

If it still doesn't work... it may be the body-cam itself.

I found another USB c cable from another gadget and tried it. It showed up in File Explorer for a few seconds and then disappeared. I tried again and was able to download my videos, but now I'm wondering if the UBS port is worn out from use.
