You should run check disk offline.
Open a CMD window as administrator and type:
    chkdsk c: /f
It will say your disk is in use and ask if you want to schedule to next start = yes
    Restart

    Pay attention on the results.
i've done that many times and sadly never worked, i havent tried chkdsk c: /r though which i might try later, do you think it could solve the problem

What do you mean by "never worked"? What errors occured?
Did you do it offline as instructed?

What i meant by never worked is that even though the chkdsk was successful, the 100% disk usage problem still didnt get solved

Open a CMD window as administrator and type:
    sfc /scannow

If it finds any corrupted files, fixing or not, reboot and run again

    Then run
    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
    and
    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

There doesnt seem to be any bad sectors and tried searching on the internet if i can get an answer but nothing helped, does anyone know the fix to this? Also i forgot to mention that the first time i installed this ssd into my laptop it wasnt like this and i could download up to 200 to 300 gb worth of files without any problems.
