    In windows, right-click on the Bluetooth icon in the system tray, choose receive a file (or also try sending) then you send a file from your phone. Normally this way your phone will be paired with windows and you should see it in bluetooth & other device. This is a workaround for your window problem which I don't know why it is like this.

    You could try:

    Search: Bluetooth ->Bluetooth & other devices

    choose: +Add Bluetooth or other device

    Select Bluetooth->Select the device

    Approve on the other device if needed.

    I just tried with my phone to re-paired with windows. On your phone, in its bluetooth menu, choose your detected computer, it will launch a notification on windows to pair it, click on it. Before that, leave the windows bluetooth & other device window open. Then right click on the Bluetooth icon in the system tray, choose send a file, in the window that opens choose your phone, choose a file send it, then on your phone choose the name of your computer. It this time paired your computer on your phone.

    Fiery,

    I suggest you first re-install your display driver in case it has become corrupted. The symptoms of display driver corruption can be quite bizarre & defy logical diagnosis.
    If that does not fix it, delete every Bluetooth entry from Device manager then reboot and let Device manager re-detect them & re-install their drivers.
    If that does not fix it, check for any Bios update.
    If that does not fix it, try SFC.
    If that does not fix it create a new user and see if it also has the problem. If it does, try a Repair install.

    Best of luck,
    Denis
