Let us know how manual calibration goes.

If after manual calibration you do not see any improvement, another quick way to check batteries on laptops is with the tool BatteryInfoView.

I use this tool when I suspect there is a problem with a used laptops battery.

BatteryInfoView - View battery information on laptops / netbooks

If you could download this, no installation necessary just unzip and run, let me know what it reports as the "Battery Health".

If it shows as 100%, unless the laptop is brand new, I have found from good experience with used laptops that if you already suspect there is a problem with the battery, and this tool reports 100%, it is very likely there is indeed a problem with the battery. Couldn't give you a reason why, but as I say this has just been my experience.

Well Haven't had time to finish the Manual Calibration as yet, schedules that for tomorrow or next day, anyways battery info ran just so see the stats on it

Laptop bought December 23rd 2017, so isn't brand new

"Used to be approximately 2-3 hours depending on what was doing."

Exactly, that is what I said, reduced capacity, to be expected with a battery of that age, used or not.

The Windows battery report seems to be unreliable, mine is stuck at 70% of original capacity, it is 9 years old. Just impossible, been calibrated on a number of occasions.

That other battery report says 78% which I suspect is just you using it. Clearly Battery health is wrong there is no way you will have the fully charged capacity the same as designed capacity when it is 5 years old.

Right didn't think so, plan on doing the manual calibration tomorrow first thing in the morning.

but will probably work on it more tomorrow, getting kinda late now to start manual calibration task, though Windows 10 Clean install did solve one issue--the free space on C M.2 from 39.8GB Free, to 78GB Free of 118GB with nearly everything reinstalled thus far

Unless i stay up all night and work on it more, but think i'll just sleep later, not really emergency to do this manual calibration of battery, so just will resume working on it when i wake up in morning lol i think lol.
