    Hi

    please open your BIOS and check that under the SUB heading Integrated Devices that the Wifi card is enabled
    (in the same section you should also see Camera and Bluetooth)
    If it is dissabled it doesn't matter how many drivers you install they are ignored
    because the"card" is not passed thru to the OS

    I would also check ALL Bios settings related to Security and Network

    I just looked at what you need. The intel ac 7265 in m.2 format, the same as the new photo.

    Edit: The same format as your new photo but a more efficient reference than the one installed. wifi ac 2x2 while the one installed is ac 1x1.

    Miscellaneous Devices are all enabled: Enable Camera & Enable Secure Digital (SD) Card
    Wireless options are all enabled: WLAN & Bluetooth
