(Win 10 pro)Keyboard won't work at all along with possible audio issue

I can't get any keyboard to run on my pc. The USB drives arnt the problem as all other USB devices work. The keyboard isn't even showing up as a device. I've tried messing with device manager but it only shows 1 keyboard hid device and that was there even when unplugged and nothing new showed up when plugging in a new keyboard. Tried update assistant, searching for corrupt or missing files, unplugging turning of the pc and plugging it back in, scanning on device manager. The USB section on device manager didn't list it as unrecognised device, also the keyboard trouble shooter didn't say anything was wrong.

Additionally my headphones kept unconnecting and reconnecting, the audio devices window show speakers appearing and reappearing as detected. But I fixed that by plugging the headphonesinto my monitor but there wasn't a spot for a USB and rather not spend money on a moniter with a USB slot. Please if anyone might know something let me know

It's taking its sweet time to die then because this has been happening off and on for a year and usually gets fixed after using update assistant uninstalling it with device manager then checking for drivers on the computer option or checking for hardware changes but it eventually goes back to this state and with the keyboard it won't even detect it
