    problem with bluetooth driver

i have a wireless card tp link tx50e and the bluetooth doesn't work, i don't know why, the bluetooth icon does not appear in the notify center, I tried to update the pc, nothing has changed. I updated the drivers and nothing has changed, I uninstalled the driver and now it does not appear anymore, if I try to reinstall it the pc says that the latest version is already installed but if I search among the drivers the bluetooth does not even exist among the hidden drivers, actually i have tyhe latest windows 10 pro version and i cant use the bluetooth. if I go to the troubleshooting screen it says that my pc doesn't support bluetooth. I don't know what to do anymore, I also restarted the bluetooth service from the services and nothing has changed

Hi, first please post a screenshot of your Device Manager showing the bluetooth section like this:

The driver for your card appears to be here:
    Download for Archer TX50E | TP-Link
    Check it's installed.

    Run the troubleshooter

    and advise the outcome.
If there's a link to click on to get more information... click on it.

Note that bluetooth will not be available in Flight/Aeroplane mode:

    Thank you for your reply.

I am still amending my post.

Please look at the download link for your card as per my post.

I suggest you contact the manufacturer. I see no sign of you having installed the driver for that card.

As I do not have one, I can't help you further with that.

Check under device manager>view>show hidden devices, is there any unknown entries there?
Have you installed all software for the device not just the drivers?
If your Bluetooth is disabled then do the following to enable it.
    Restart Bluetooth service.
    Start > services.msc
    Right-click "Bluetooth Support Service."
    Choose Automatic.
Go to device manager and right-click on your computer name and click "Scan for hardware changes"
Install the Bluetooth device drivers from the manufacturer's website, if any.

If the device isn’t showing under device manager or under show hidden devices then shutdown the pc, unplug the power cable & then reconnect, then go to device manager & see if there’s any unknown devices showing, if so uninstall this & then scan for hardware changes & hopefully Bluetooth will reappear.

    I hope this helps.

It seems your Wireless Card is not detected at all.

So, remove your Wireless Card and try another spare PCI-E slot if you have one, ensuring it is inserted properly.

There should be some indication in the Device Manager.

    Then install your driver.

"if i use the troubleshoot after the scan the pc says your device is incompatible with bluetooth"

That is because the Card is not correctly connected, or broken.
