will my iPhone 6s do a fast charge
It will do a faster charge than the original 5w charger block that came with the iPhone 6S.

However, the iPhone protects itself from overheating during charge so limits how quickly it will charge. This is not only to stop the battery from expanding during charging but also to get the most out of its expected life.

The faster you charge (i.e. with greater wattage), the more it can damage the battery, especially with older technology batteries... hence the circuitry to limit charging cycle overloads.

If it's not Apple-certified then it's on your own head... or iPhone, as the case may be.
