Cant delete external ssd partition

Hello, ive been trying to delete a partition on my ssd but it just wont work, it wont turn into unallocated space, Ive tried using diskpart to delete it, tried using Minitool Partition Wizard 10 to delete it but it just wouldnt work, I checked the ssd to see if there are any bad sectors using Hard Disk Sentinel but there were nothing, it says the status of the ssd is perfect and no errors or bad sectors, any help? i just want to delete the 9.77 GB Partition
